Nutritional mixture for the development of Nazar.2

     Due to a sudden deterioration in her health towards the end of her pregnancy, Oksana underwent a caesarean section. Just a few days later, after coming off the strong medication, she learnt that her long-awaited firstborn was in intensive care on a ventilator. Following numerous tests, Nazar was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. This was followed by digestive problems and underweight.
   In accordance with Cooperation Agreement No. 21 between the International Charitable Foundation ‘Ukrainian Charity Exchange’ and the charitable aid operator, the Charitable Foundation ‘POMAGAEM’, dated 31 August 2020, and Supplementary Agreement No. 21. No. 315 of 20 May 2025, the project ‘Life-giving mixture for Nazar’s development.2’ was published on the website of the International Charitable Foundation ‘Ukrainian Charity Exchange’ – dobro.ua – with the aim of raising donations to cover the cost of Nazar Vysochek’s treatment.
   During the fundraising campaign, it became necessary to use part of the funds raised on the website of the International Charitable Foundation ‘Ukrainian Charity Exchange’ – dobro.ua – to purchase specialised nutrition for the boy. Therefore, in accordance with letters No. 406 dated 6 August 2025 and No. 74 dated 16 February 2026, we received the raised amount of 12,590.00 UAH (twelve thousand five hundred and ninety hryvnias, 00 kopecks) and 4,655.00 UAH (four thousand six hundred and fifty-five hryvnias, 00 kopecks) into the fund’s account and continued fundraising on the dobro.ua platform.
   In 2025, we supported Nazar with Resource Junior specialised nutrition worth a total of 12,590.00 UAH (twelve thousand five hundred and ninety hryvnias, 00 kopecks), and in February 2026 – 4,655.00 UAH (four thousand six hundred and fifty-five hryvnias, 00 kopecks).
   The initial target amount for the project was 195,615.00 UAH (one hundred and ninety-five thousand, six hundred and fifteen hryvnias, 00 kopecks). Once the full amount required to pay for Nazar’s treatment had been raised on two fundraising platforms – the Ukrainian Charity    Exchange and the Pomagayem Charitable Foundation – we requested that the fundraising campaign be closed, that the project amount on the Ukrainian Charity Exchange be reduced to the amount actually raised – 30,503.00 UAH (thirty thousand five hundred and three hryvnias, 00 kopecks), and to transfer 13,258.00 UAH (thirteen thousand two hundred and fifty-eight hryvnias, 00 kopecks) to our bank account to cover Nazar’s treatment and project administration costs, in accordance with letter No. 214 dated 22 May 2026.
   In June this year, thanks to the funds received, we purchased special Resource Junior nutritional supplements for the boy — at a cost of 11,732.85 UAH (eleven thousand seven hundred and thirty-two hryvnias, 85 kopecks) — and also paid for the project’s administration.
   Unfortunately, Nazar’s condition has generally deteriorated recently: contractures have developed in his arms, legs and back. He finds the heat very difficult to bear, so he is forced to spend most of his time at home.
   Recently, the family managed to visit friends at their country cottage, and this trip was a real joy for him. With his mum’s help, Nazar swam in the pool and enjoyed spending time in the fresh air. The family cannot currently afford trips to other places. They barely have enough money for the bare essentials — food, clothes and medicines.
   His mum is unable to organise trips for her son on her own, as they require not only significant financial outlay but also considerable physical effort.
   That is why home is a safe and comfortable space for Nazar, where everything is arranged to suit his needs. He feels at ease here; he enjoys watching television and spending time in a familiar environment.
   We apologise for the delay in preparing this report, which was due to difficult force majeure circumstances affecting the manager responsible for reporting and the inability to find a replacement for that staff member.
At present, all funds transferred from the Ukrainian Charity Exchange have been spent on the boy’s needs.
