Keep the elderly in hospitals warm

The rest of the winter is expected to be frosty. The hospital* lacks blankets. And the pillows that are available, like the blankets, are mostly old, feathered, and have long been in need of replacement.

The department for which we are collecting aid is a palliative care unit. This means that most patients have severe incurable diagnoses. Most of them are sedentary. Most of them are over 70 years old. Older people, who are also deprived of the ability to move actively due to the disease, get colder, and it is especially valuable for them to wrap themselves in a warm and at the same time light soft blanket.  It's about warmth, comfort and care - all of which are so lacking when you feel bad...

This palliative care unit has only recently started its work, so there are still many different needs, more or less acute. But blankets are what is really needed "for today", because it is winter, it is already freezing. Let's help to warm up grandparents who are unable to take care of themselves. With the funds raised in this project, we will be able to buy 10 sets of blankets and pillows, which we will immediately deliver to the hospital.
