Support the fundraising of a participants in the Battle of the Black Aprons MasterChef and help give children with heart defects a chance for a healthy future.
In the Battle of the Black Aprons, each participant fights for the last chance to stay on MasterChef. But this time for another important chance – a chance for life for a child with a congenital heart defect.
During one of the most difficult tests of the season, participants will sell their dishes directly to visitors to the shopping mall to raise funds and prove that they deserve to stay on MasterChef.
On the dobro.ua platform, we are opening a charity fundraiser in support of the national program “Save the Heart”, which is implemented by the Charity Foundation “Hearts of the Future”.
Every year, thousands of children with congenital heart defects are born in Ukraine. Some of them can be helped without open heart surgery – thanks to modern heart implants, occluders.
Doctors at the Amosov Institute perform such operations free of charge. But without the implants themselves, help is impossible. The cost of one such heart implant can reach up to 120 thousand hryvnias - an amount that is unaffordable for many Ukrainian families.
Over the almost three years of the “Save the Heart” project, dobro.ua benefactors have helped save 296 children. And this story continues.
The Battle of the Black Aprons is an opportunity to support the collection and get a child a heart implant, undergo surgery and return to a normal childhood life.
