Anyuta can see fully

Anyuta is six years old. She is a very active and inquisitive girl who loves socializing with friends, reading books and helping others in every way possible. Anya was born with a low birth weight and had health problems since she was a baby. She often had allergic reactions to various foods. Anya has a weakened immune system and often gets sick. After the age of 1, the girl was diagnosed with chronic inflammation of the adenoids, which causes difficulty breathing through the nose.

Being under occupation for almost a year on the left bank of the Dnipro River (in Kherson region), the child was unable to receive proper medical care and be under the supervision of doctors. After leaving the occupied territories, the family traveled for a long time in search of a safe place and to protect the lives and health of their children in the government-controlled territory of Ukraine.

When Anna turned 6, she underwent a medical examination before school. The doctors found that the girl had significant visual impairment, which her parents did not even know about. Anya's right eye is almost blind, and her left eye can see only 30%. The girl was sent to OKHMATDYT for a full examination and to determine the further treatment strategy.

After the examinations by the doctors of the OKHMATDYT clinic, the child has a hope to see better, go to school and live a full life! Anya needs an operation to replace her eye lens. To do this, the family needs to buy the lens itself. The financial situation of Anyuta's family does not allow them to do so. They are internally displaced persons, and the girl's father has a group I visual disability. Only her mother can work, but she has no regular income. The girl needs our help. With our support, she will have every chance to see fully!
