Artemchyk has to become a champion! November 2016

Our little boy Artem associates his illness with a small temporarily problem which will certainly soon back off and he will be able to move by himself. Four years ago we found out the diagnosis with pain, fear and desperation and started the treatment right away. The result of the first rehabilitation was amazing - our son started to hold his head, turn and smile!

Infinitely grateful to God and happy we continued to work harder at home to get new results and victories. Doctors assured us that due to rehabilitations a great part of reflex movements resumed and there is a chance to walk independently. Three years in rehabilitation centers gave huge results. Now Artem walks on his own holding the couch, sits on the chair, eats without help, gathers puzzles, draws, communicates well and even knows over 3000 words in English. He is our pride and all of that is due to you, indifferent kind-hearted people, who helped us raise funds for four trips to the rehabilitation center "Apis-Melifica", which is situated in Khmelnitski. Please, believe, - all of these accomplishments were achieved a difficult way. For Artem it is hard work, pain and tears, for us it is a constant anxiety that there is a lack of time, while we really want to see his among the other kids in school. But the big reward for work is a positive trend after another trip, it gives us hope that everything will happen and our son will become a usual normal child and will walk by himself.
Unfortunately today our budget is exhausted because funds are needed not only for the treatment but also for the permanent residence. We have b en recommended four rehabilitation trips per year but we are not able to pay for them. We believe and hope for your help and support and will immensely appreciate even the smallest contribution, because it will approx our son to his cherished dream to walk and we, on our part, will do everything necessary so that this dream comes true! We thank everyone who stays with us and believes in our son!
