The grandmother will not be able to treat

Alina is a seriously ill person, but she has not been ill since birth. At the age of three, the girl suffered severe injuries from a beating. Her mother was working abroad at the time, and the child was left under the care of her stepfather. The consequences of the head injuries were symptomatic epilepsy, bulbar syndrome and complete incapacitation. Now Alina is under the care of her grandmother.

To save Alina's life, doctors performed a cranial trepanation, and the girl was on a ventilator for more than a month. During the month, she underwent four surgeries, and then a shunt was installed. They managed to save Alina's life, but she remained in a terrible condition. In 2013, Alina started having epileptic seizures. It took a long time for doctors to find an anticonvulsant medication for her. Now they have already decided on the medication, but it is very expensive, and she also needs constant trips to rehabilitation. To do this, the grandmother and granddaughter traveled almost all over Ukraine.

Due to the war and the difficult financial situation, it is no longer possible to treat Alina, so the grandmother is asking for help to treat her granddaughter.
