Since the opening day - we are helping not only shelters and public organizations. But we also save homeless animals and find a new happy family for them.
We really want to help the shelter in Bakhmut, which is closest to the line of military operations. Many of the animals were abandoned because of relocation,were wounded during a firefight. And at the same time the shelter lacks the simplest things - warm booths. It's about to start to get cold and the animals have nowhere to hide. And one fragile young girl who created a shelter, cant to provide animals everything.
Now in the shelter 100 dogs and cats, most of them old and sick, there have dogs with disabilities. such animals have first and foremost a health problem and as soon as it gets colder to maintain health will be even more difficult, because there will simply be nowhere to hide. So, cure them will be even more difficult. The construction of booths will provide the tailed not only a roof over their head, but also solve the problem with a shortage of places in the shelter.
Every day we hear unpleasant news from the East and we want at least for a moment to imagine that there is a peace in the country. And along with hundreds of problems of migrants from Donetsk and Lugansk region, orphans, horsemen and combat actions, there is another very small, unnoticed problem - homeless animals. They are everywhere. And the East of Ukraine is no exception. People were leaving, and they were waiting. Families saved their lives, and they were waiting. The volunteers came and went further, and they were waiting. And waiting till now. They do not understand that they are alone or that people so scary to return for them, that they are not the most important thing that it was necessary to take with them moving. And they are waiting.
Some of them were lucky, and dogs and cats got to Bakhmut shelter for animals called "Lada". But there are so many dogs. And it will take a long time to wait until the ggod people come and take them with. That is why it is necessary to make the booth in the shelter, where dogs will be able to survive till autumn rains and winter frosts. That is the goal of Happy paw.
