Charity Star Kurazh 2025: CF “RAYON NUMBER 1”

On June 14–15, the atmospheric KYT space once again hosted Kurazh — a beloved event that brings together celebrities, artists, the public, and good deeds. This year, it returned in its familiar, energetic format — with charity sales, stand-ups, poetry, music, tarot readings, confessions, hugs, and a shared sense of a big purpose.

The event brought together hundreds of items, thousands of people, tens of thousands of smiles — and most importantly: 100% of the profit will be directed to charity. One of the supported causes — important and deeply human — is the project by CF “RAYON NUMBER 1.”

The goal of the project is to create a full-fledged, cozy home for 10 IDP families with children who lost their homes due to the war. This is about 55 people: parents who are looking for work and learning to live again, and children who deserve to grow up not in temporary shelters, but in a place they can truly call home.

The new home for these families is a village in the Kyiv region, where they are gradually becoming part of the community: working, supporting one another, rebuilding life after loss.

Thanks to the funds raised at Kurazh, the project will purchase furniture for children’s and adult rooms, essential household items, and furnish kitchens and bedrooms.

Losing a home is not just about a roof — it’s about support, dignity, and inner safety. Because children should fall asleep not in a shelter, but in a room with books, toys, and their own bed. Because stability starts with everyday life: when there is a place to sit, cook, clean, and organize — that’s when the feeling of “I live,” not just survive, begins to return.

Kurazh supported this project because it believes that helping is also about the home front. About life after loss. About quiet, but necessary recovery.
