I am waiting for my family

There is trouble in the country. There is a war in the country. The country needs help.

The child is in trouble. A child grows up without parents. The child needs help.

These things are not comparable, but both are tragic. People die in war, a child is physically preserved in an institution. There is sometimes no food in the occupied territories. Children in boarding schools are fed. And, yes, they have light, albeit according to the schedule, there is entertainment, there are clean beds. But the most important thing is missing: a person who will give a feeling of security in a parent's arms. Who, in the intervals between air anxieties, will take a sincere interest in things, will cook her favorite food, take her by the hand to the cinema, to the zoo.

Who will comfort you at night, when you have a terrible dream, who will hug you in shelter, I will say: "Everything will be fine, I will protect you".

Some of the children were evacuated together with the institutions to other countries. But the location doesn't really matter if you're growing up alone. And when you graduate, you'll have to deal with a lot of issues that you didn't even know about.

Our Foundation creates video questionnaires of children who can be adopted. A video questionnaire is a short film lasting 1.5-2 minutes, which allows you to see the child in the environment he is used to. This gives potential parents the opportunity to form a more accurate and complete picture of the child, and protect the child from empty visits. Such video questionnaires are posted on our website and in social networks to attract the attention of potential adopters.

Over 10 years, the Foundation’s specialists created 4,586 video questionnaires. This is the largest database of such materials in Ukraine. So far, 1,186 children whose video questionnaires were posted on our website have found their families. We plan to continue this work and are currently collecting funds for the production of 40 more video questionnaires.

Our goal is to give every child a chance for a happy childhood in a loving family. Every contribution, every hryvnia can bring a child closer to the family.
