Davyd strives to have a healthy childhood

The long-awaited Davyd was born and grew up a healthy boy... until he was 4 months old. After that, the baby began to lag behind in development. His mother immediately realized this and began to sound the alarm. Davyd did not roll over, did not sit up, did not respond to his family and was not interested in toys. After conducting an ultrasound, the doctors found hydrocephalus in the baby. Since then, it all started.

At the age of one, Davyd underwent an MRI, which revealed Dandy Walker syndrome. The family's world turned upside down. "The doctors' prognoses were different, but we believed and still believe that our son will be able to live a full life, because rehabilitation is making great progress," says the boy's mother.

At the age of one year and 5 months, Davyd learned to sit up on his own, and at almost 3 years old, he started walking with support. Now he is 3 years old, he plays with toys and recognizes his family – all thanks to hard work and work with rehabilitation therapists. The boy still has a lot of work ahead of him to lead a healthy childhood, but the family's financial resources have been exhausted, and they simply have no money to pay for further rehabilitation courses. However, we can help Davyd – support our project, and the boy will be able to go to a new rehabilitation and delight his family with new skills.
