Mom's income is not enough for treatment

Nine-year-old Anastasia-Maria is a diligent third-grade student. She is interested in learning about the world around her and the nature of her native land. She is caring and sensitive to animals – her three cats, Murchik, Pushka, and Nimbus, as well as her beloved dog, Ranni. The girl adores them and always takes care of them. The child is fond of drawing and wants to learn to play the violin, but she is held back by a serious illness.

There, during the examination, they discovered the terrible news – type I diabetes. After three weeks of intensive treatment, the family was sent home with this new, unknown, and frankly frightening disease, with almost no help. The girl, her mother, older brother Nazarii, and grandparents all live in one apartment in a village in the mountains. Only the mother works, and all her income goes toward her daughter's treatment. And it is not easy – the child's sugar level constantly fluctuates, and the only way to determine and therefore prevent a dangerous condition is to prick her fingers to measure her sugar with a glucometer.
