This little princess has a very unusual name – Adriana. Born in February 2022, she was diagnosed with hydrocephalus (accumulation of fluid in the brain), which changed to microcephaly a few months later (a disease that causes a significant reduction in the skull and brain size). The child was lagging behind her peers in development, but doctors hoped that Adriana would catch up with time. However, when she turned one, she still could not sit or crawl on her own.

The girl was sent for an MRI, after which she was diagnosed with a congenital brain defect, and the diagnosis was supplemented by the doctors who had treated her during rehabilitation. Namely, spastic tetraparesis, delayed speech and psychological development, flexion-adduction contractures of the arms and legs. Of course, the girl took physical therapy classes and massages, but she also needs systematic professional therapy in rehabilitation centers.

Now Adriana is 2 years old, and she has already begun to sit with support and speak a few words. However, the girl can have better results, and for this she needs to attend rehabilitation. And the family has no money for them, so we really want to help Adriana. Support our project so that the girl can undergo rehabilitation!
