Dear donors! Andrii Gensirovskii and his mother, Nadezhda Grigorievna, desperately need your help again. Nadezhda Grigorievna cannot see, Andrii has medullary thyroid cancer with metastases in his spine. During the last 8 years the young man has undergone hard operations for the removal of his thyroid gland, lymph nodes, and two operations for the removal of his adrenal glands. After undergoing hard postoperative treatment, Andrei started repairing his health, training and increasing sports loads, when suddenly in 2016 metastases including a tumor in the lower lumbar vertebra were found in his spine, the tumor was growing expansively and increasing in size significantly, and Andrei was in danger of being paralysed from the neck down. Andrei and his mother are disabled persons.

Andrei underwent radiosurgery using the CyberKnife system, the most effective treatment for tumors located in places where access is difficult. Now Andrei needs the operation diagnostic results of PET computerised gallium tomography, but such studies are currently carried out only in Turkey. The amount required for the vital diagnostics is very large.

Such amount is simply unaffordable for a family where both members are disabled and live on benefits. The family spends significant funds on medical treatment. After the removal of his thyroid gland, Andrei undergoes a lifelong hormone replacement therapy, that is, he is constantly taking the hormone thyroxine and a lot of other drugs. His mother also needs constant eye therapy. All these things require significant expenses, so the family asks to donate for Andrei’s diagnostic.
