Have you noticed that next to us there are people who, in their declining years, find it much more difficult than others - they do not have relatives who would take care of them, they do not have health and funds for the most necessary things. Charitable Foundation "Caritas-Khmelnytsky UGCC" for about 20 years has not left the elderly alone with their grief and problems. Our social workers communicate kindly with every elderly person, listen to their requests, arrange their life, etc.

We also help them with food, bed linen, and, if necessary, crutches and wheelchairs. The focus of our attention is not individual problems of a person, but his whole personality and his environment. Caritas employees try to provide the highest quality comprehensive assistance, taking into account not only physical, but also spiritual and psychological problems of a person.

Today, our wards are faced with the acute issue of arranging their life and their living environment, so we have a great need to purchase household goods, because the existing ones are in extremely poor condition. As part of this project, we want to raise 45,000 UAH and provide 15 of our wards with essential goods: tableware, kitchen towels, etc. The help of each of you will help us to purchase goods of daily consumption and give them to the lonely old people of Khmelnytskyi who need support. This will help them feel less needy and alone in the world.
