Hlib gets used to living with the illness

Little Hlib had to fight hard even for his birth – due to his breech position, the baby took his first breath already covered in bruises. But for many years, there was nothing to worry about: the boy gave no cause for concern and was just as healthy as his peers. But everything changed forever after Hlib's sixth birthday, when he ended up in intensive care with a diagnosis of type 1 diabetes.

Now the boy's condition has more or less stabilized, thanks to at least four insulin injections a day. For a long time, doctors were unable to find insulin that would work with his body. Hlib is still at home, devoting all his energy to learning all the new rules of his life.

His mother is raising Hlib on her own and is currently unemployed. The war has severely shaken the family's financial situation, and the child's diabetes requires not only constant monitoring but also enormous expenses. Now the boy needs sensors for continuous monitoring of his blood sugar levels. Please help the family on this new difficult path!
