Humanitarian aid to displaced persons. 2

On February 24, a full-scale war began in our country. And already on February 26, the first displaced people who left their hometowns, often not having time to take even the most necessary things, appeared at the humanitarian warehouse of charity found "Pomogaem" in Dnipro. For 8 months now, we have been continuously helping them with food and hygiene products.

The number of people who came to the warehouse every day increased first to 70, then to 100, then huge queues began to gather at the door. On one of the spring days, we received 203 people. With the help of volunteers, at the beginning of the war, we worked without days off.

Later, we reformatted the work in such a way as to receive as many people as possible every day and at the same time not to gather queues in the yard. Now registration for receiving humanitarian aid is in an electronic form, where everyone indicates everything he needs. After registration, a person receives an SMS with the exact time of arrival. In August, we helped 2,515 families with 7,478 people. The total amount of aid in August is more than UAH 3,500,000.

During the entire time of the full-scale invasion, more than 11,300 families received our humanitarian aid worth UAH 12,000,000.
Sometimes we are told sad or even scary stories about the loss of loved ones, about life in basements, about "arriving", about filtering, about unsuccessful search for housing.

The flow of migrants coming from the east decreased a little at the end of the summer, but the need for people does not decrease, because, unfortunately, it is not always possible to find a job even after a month or two. And you have to live somehow, eat something and feed your children, wash clothes and wash dishes with something.

Therefore, we are asking everyone for help! The cost of one set of the most necessary food and hygiene products is now UAH 1,100. We need at least 400 such sets per. Each of your 100 hryvnias is a packet of buckwheat, every 50 hryvnias is a bottle of oil for people who have lost everything.
