The life of 10-year-old Bohdan is a daily struggle with diagnoses and work on himself. Even before he was born, doctors diagnosed him with hydrocephalus. Bohdan went through incredible challenges: three complicated surgeries, a shunt, numerous examinations and rehabilitation.

Despite everything, Bohdan always surprises with his achievements! At the age of 10, he has already learned to sit, chew, stand with support, show his desires and even sing songs. But there is still a long way to go because of the diagnoses that prevent him from living life to the fullest: congenital brain defects, hydrocephalus, Arnold Chiari anomaly, developmental delay, and epilepsy.

For Bohdanchyk, constant rehabilitation is the only way to develop and a chance for a more independent life. Each course of treatment helps him to make small but very important steps forward: to hold his head more confidently, to coordinate his movements better, to expand his vocabulary, to enjoy life. Now Bohdan's tone in his legs has significantly decreased, his “babbling” has improved, the boy has become more attentive, he understands well and consistently performs various actions.

Now Bohdan needs to undergo a new rehabilitation program that will bring new results. The boy's family is doing everything possible to help their son, but the cost of treatment is significant, and they need our support.
