I forgot the taste of natural milk

In rural schools children usually receive dry milk diluted in water. At the same time there is another problem – cow owners of the have only two options: to sell milk at the lowest prices to the reseller or to get no money at all. 1500 families inBukovinaunited into a service cooperative in order to provide kindergartens, hospitals and schools with ecologically safe milk.

The community started to build a processing milk-plant. Such activity for most of people is a chance to save their families, which get broken every year due to the necessity to work abroad: children lose their parents; wives have to do everything without husbands’ support…

Villagers are willing to provide the mini-plant with milk, work there day and night just to recall the real taste of natural milk! Consumers could get high quality dairy products, almost homemade. It would be produced from milk, but not from the oil of unknown origin.

In addition, other villagers will have an example for success development. The state has partially supported the the plant construction activities . But the risks are high. Villagers do not have enough resources to purchase the necessary milk processing equipment. And the government supports only the construction works.

In order to launch the mini-plant it is necessary to build a network of milk collection centers in the villages, equipped with cooling tanks. With no cooling equipment the milk will go sour, villagers will not receive the expected income and children won't have fresh milk. We need 50 000 UAH to buy the cooling tank.
