Anastasia studied in the third grade of school when her illness struck her first painful blow. A routine math lesson was turned upside down: the girl felt so bad that she could barely speak, practically unable to hear her teacher, classmates, or even herself. The last thing she heard was the school bell. After that, everything was a blur. It was her first attack of hypoglycemia, one of the many depressing symptoms of Anastasia's diabetes.
Ten years have passed since that very first incident. Now the girl understands perfectly well what is happening to her and recognizes the conditions by their symptoms. For example, when her sugar is high, her legs ache and she has a terrible headache, while when it is low, she is accompanied by numbness in her limbs and dizziness. However, Anastasia's eyesight began to deteriorate rapidly, and hypoglycemia became her constant and increasingly merciless companion. The girl's head was just bursting, she couldn't speak, she vomited after every meal, she was haunted by constant weakness, nausea and panic. She always wanted to sleep, she wanted to cry, she wanted it all to end. The cause of her suffering was the development of diabetic nephropathy, which with the help of doctors was able to calm down a little.
Anastasia is gradually recovering, albeit at the expense of her immune system, but she understands better than anyone that it is not worth giving up, that life goes on and there is no escape from this disease. Now she needs sensors for continuous monitoring of her blood glucose levels.
The girl firmly believes in the best despite all the difficulties she had to face. Help them make it a reality!
