Aniuta is a cheerful, smiling girl who loves dancing, playing with soft toys, and kicking a ball around. She is very sociable and easily finds common ground with both children and adults. It would seem like an ordinary happy childhood… if not for the diagnosis the family received just 4 months ago, when diabetes suddenly burst into their lives.
Because of Anna's active and energetic nature, her parents didn't notice the warning symptoms right away. But on the day the diagnosis was announced, the world seemed to stop. In an instant – fear, confusion, and overwhelming heartache for their little daughter. From that moment, her mother devoted herself entirely to Aniuta. Every day she does everything she can to ease her daughter's condition and give her an ordinary childhood – free from fear and pain. But sadly, the reality is different: daily insulin injections, at least 4 times a day, and constant blood sugar monitoring – up to 15 finger pricks on her tiny fingers every single day. And yet, Aniuta remains strong. So little, but already so brave. She endures every procedure patiently and continues to embrace life – sincerely and with the pure joy of a child.
Since starting treatment, the girl's condition has stabilized. Hope has emerged that life can be full and happy even with this diagnosis. But this requires ongoing treatment, a special diet, regular check-ups every 3 months, continuous health monitoring, and continuous glucose monitoring sensors. All of this comes at a significant financial cost.
Anna's parents are doing their best to cover all the expenses, including the sensors, but managing on their own is very difficult. That is why we are sincerely reaching out to you. Please support this little one! Every contribution is a step toward her healthy childhood – toward a life without pain and fear.
Let's help Aniuta live, laugh, and simply be a child!
