A shelter in the city of Kropyvnytskyi is in dire need of help. The downers need a roof over their heads, because winter is coming soon and many of them will not be able to survive it without booths. We really want every dog to have a warm house, even if it's in a shelter. There was a serious problem with the Happy Dog shelter in Kropyvnytskyi. In the absence of funding, in addition to the constant need for feed, they also need new animal boxes.
