On the website of the CO ICF "UBB" dobro.ua, the amount of funds raised was UAH 25625.00. Upon completion of the fundraising on the dobro.ua website, the "I Hope and Believe" Foundation purchased
a set of medical materials necessary for ophthalmic surgery worth UAH 24025.78 and handed over on August 25, 2023 to the child's mother, Irina Zaritskaya.
The operation to replace the lens using laser surgery was performed by the doctors of the Center for Eye Microsurgery at OKHMATDYT. The operation was successful. After the surgery and examination by specialists, the child was prescribed eye drops and discharged home.
The remaining funds in the amount of UAH 1599.22 were used by the aid operator for administrative needs (payment of employees' salaries).
