Maryana was born at 35 weeks' gestation, and due to brain asphyxiation, the little girl had serious health problems that were overcome. Today, at the age of 6, she can walk and climb stairs on her own, but she still needs to learn to speak.

Maryana's diagnosis is cerebral palsy and mental retardation. Doctors consider her to be a very motivated and knowledgeable girl with great potential. To achieve maximum development, she needs constant rehabilitation, swimming and classes with specialists: physical therapists, massage therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, bobat therapists and orthopedists. All of this puts a heavy financial burden on the family budget, and so Maryana's parents are no longer able to cope with these expenses.

However, to refuse these treatments means to deprive the girl of the opportunity to develop properly. The parents are making incredible efforts to work with their daughter at home and are already seeing positive results.
