Mariyka's hope

Mariya from Kharkiv is a very friendly and sincere girl. She is three years old and loves the whole world around her. Friends, toys, walks – all this is so interesting for the baby. And even her severe illnesses are not so hard for this girl to take. Because she has never had any other life.

At the age of one and a half, Mariya was admitted to the intensive care unit, where doctors diagnosed her with diabetes. This incurable disease is compounded by a heart defect that will soon require surgery.

Mariya lives with her mother in Kharkiv. They live alone, and her father is absent. The family lacks money for all the necessary treatment. Except for insulin, her mother has to buy everything herself. Maria really needs continuous monitoring sensors to avoid piercing her little fingers so often. Watching her child cry is unbearable for her mother. Maria is still very young and does not understand why her mother hurts her. There is no one to help them, so they can only rely on philanthropists.
