Mariyka is struggling to walk!

Mariyka is our brave little ward. She is only 3 years old, but she already fights every day for a pain-free childhood. After her birth, there were no signs of trouble. But at 3 months old, the little one's life was turned upside down – one diagnosis after another appeared: optic nerve atrophy, optic nerve hypoplasia, motor disorder syndrome, spastic left-sided hemiparesis, and persistent limb dysfunction.

Mariyka has limited movement in her left arm and leg, poor vision, and speech delay. But she does not give up! The girl has undergone three years of rehabilitation. Three years of pain, but also hope. Every step, every new movement is the result of titanic work. And each new rehabilitation is a chance for a future without a wheelchair.
