Matvii was born four years ago prematurely, and therefore already had health problems. He spent the first three weeks of his life in the intensive care unit. Since then, he has had problems with his eyesight and still does not speak. The boy has cataracts in his right eye and a dislocated lens in his left eye. His childhood life consists of visits to a rehabilitation therapist, speech therapist and massage therapist.

He is a cheerful and active boy, but to see toys, he needs to close one eye and lean very close to the object of vision. He likes to draw, but he can hardly see his drawings. Matvii plays with cars, but he interacts with toys by touch. He listens to audio stories. The boy has a playmate at the playground with whom he has fun. But he spends most of his time with his dogs and soft toys.

Matvii receives vision therapy, but only ophthalmic surgery to replace the lenses of both eyes can help him. Only his father works in the family, he is a laborer. His income is barely enough to support the family. They have no money for Matvey's treatment. The boy needs our help!
