Maksym is an 8-year-old boy with autism who has been on the path of development and socialization since he was a baby. Since he was 2 years old, he has been working with a defectologist, speech therapist, psychologist and osteopath. Thanks to the constant work, he is making new progress, and although he does not speak well yet, he is already better understanding the addressed speech and learning to serve himself, there is progress, and this is the most important thing!
Maksym lives in a small town where opportunities for children with special needs are quite limited. However, his family does everything possible to ensure that he receives the necessary treatment, education and support. His parents regularly take him to rehabilitation centers, as this is the only way to improve his quality of life. However, such classes require significant financial expenses, and with each course it becomes more and more difficult for the family to cover them.
Thanks to your support, Maksym was able to undergo treatment, after which he has been improving.
"During the rehabilitation, Maksym acquired new words, including in English, improved his behavior, began to understand the addressed speech better, concentrate and complete tasks. Maksym began to perform hygiene procedures and button up his outerwear on his own. After each session, he waved goodbye to all the specialists and even spoke: "Bye-bye", his mother says.
Soon Maksym will need to undergo another rehabilitation course, without which his progress may slow down. However, his parents do not have the necessary amount of money. They can't stop on this path, because every stage passed is another step towards a better future for their son. Please join in to support Maksym! Any help is important!
