Until she was one year old, this bright girl was absolutely healthy: she grew and developed like other children of her age. However, after a year, it was as if Arina had been switched: she forgot everything she had learned during the year, stopped babbling, began to be afraid of light, sounds, people... She could even forget her family, whom she had not seen for just one day. However, that's not all – Arina cried constantly, became hyperactive, did not sleep, did not respond to her name, and was not interested in the world around her.

"Autism spectrum disorder, epileptic brain activity, systemic underdevelopment of speech, lack of self-care skills," was the doctors' verdict. Now the baby is 4 years old, hyperactive, but does not speak, does not eat or drink on her own, takes a huge amount of medication, and is on a diet that makes her eat little.

Luckily, complex therapy is improving Arina's condition somewhat. After the last course of treatment, the girl's behavior has changed: she has become more sociable, she has clear eye contact, and she is beginning to speak some words.
