Film about traffic safety. More than 500 young people under the age of 18 die every day in the world in road accidents. Roads are the biggest killer of children and teenagers in every region of the world. Unfortunately, Ukraine is no exception! During 2019, the number of road accidents caused by children on the country's roads increased by almost 26 percent. 14 children died and 317 were injured. And apparently no one knows – how many more people received minor injuries. Every child on the doorstep of their home becomes a road user – as a pedestrian, passenger, cyclist.  It is better for children to see something than to read or listen.

And apparently no one knows - how many more people received minor injuries. Every child on the doorstep of their home becomes a road user - as a pedestrian, passenger, cyclist.

Over the years, she has become almost a "driver", increasing her speed to 40 km / h and more with the help of personal electric vehicles - scooters, skates, Segways, scooters and more. At the same time, children are particularly vulnerable road users and are at greater risk because:

• they find it harder to navigate traffic conditions and be noticed by drivers;

• it is not easy for them to determine the speed of the car and the distance to it, because sight and hearing are just developing;

• children are easily distracted and act impulsively;

• unlike adults, they are less able to recognize dangerous situations, they do not have enough life experience to make the right decision about safe behavior while driving;

• they are physically smaller and weaker, so they are more likely to be seriously injured by a vehicle in the event of an accident.

And do kids and teenagers know about the danger on the road - where it occurs, where to expect, how to predict and avoid? Unfortunately no! Parents cannot protect their children because they do not know it. Teachers, too, and the police, at best, will talk about pedestrian crossings, traffic lights, flickers (reflectors) and the well-known "tram bypass in front, buses - in the back." A production film will be able to protect children, telling them about the sources of danger on the road, ways to detect them and avoid them. Peer actors will tell and show everything, and professional drivers and stuntmen will simulate certain situations.

It is better for children to see something than to read or listen. The film will be broadcast online, during an open lesson on road safety - simultaneously in all educational institutions of the country. After the review, students will be given homework to complete with their parents. Thus, the film will be viewed by about 3.3 million students and as many parents, which will generally contribute to the family's understanding of the rules of safe behavior on the road and their observance. The format of the film and the dialogues of the actors are designed for the psychology of children aged 7 to 17 years.

As part of this project, we are raising funds for a production film for children and adolescents about road safety worth UAH 810,000. The fundraiser will consist of 3 parts. We plan to start with the first part of the project (scenario), which requires fundraising in the amount of UAH 36,300 (we plan to raise funds within 1 month), part 2 (filming) - requires fundraising in the amount of UAH 6,02100. (collection for 2 months) and part 3 (installation, post-production) - will cost 171600 UAH. (collection for 1 month).
