Turn around, Alisa is asking for your help

Even before Alisa was born, the doctors assessed the girl's condition as critical: at the 37th week of pregnancy, the expectant mother felt that the baby was almost not moving in the womb. The girl was born with normal Apgar scores, but the doctors suspected Down Syndrome in the baby, and then during the examination they heard heart murmurs. Alisa could not suckle milk, at first she was fed through a tube, and then she was given breast milk from a bottle.

After the maternity hospital, the girl was transferred to the hospital, where she was diagnosed with congenital heart disease, muscular hypotension, CNS damage, foot deformity, and immaturity of the cerebral cortex. The baby was also diagnosed with Down Syndrome. When Alisa was one year old, she was issued a disability. Subsequently, the girl underwent a successful heart operation, later she began to walk.

Alisa will soon be 3 years old, but she still does not speak, does not understand addressed speech, does not eat on her own and cannot chew food, beats her head when something does not go according to her plan. But despite all the diagnoses, Alisa is a cheerful girl, she loves to play with a ball, fold a pyramid and a sorter, play with her older brother. And her parents love her very much.

The girl is recommended rehabilitation courses, but their parents are not able to pay for them. We really want to help Alisa start talking and understanding others, and for this we need to continue therapy. Support this project so that Alisa can get into a new rehabilitation course!
