Olya needs eye surgery

Olya is ten years old. She is a very smart and kind girl. Olya has vision problems and can hardly see anything. It so happened that at the age of four, doctors diagnosed the girl with diabetes. From that time, the struggle for the child's life began. After all, for reasons unknown to doctors, Ola's sugar levels are high and cannot be brought back to normal.

Neither all insulins available in Ukraine, nor high doses of the drug gave results. The child lives with high sugar levels, which are not corrected in any way. It was these factors that led to the fact that the child's vision began to decline rapidly. The examination revealed diabetic cataracts in Ola's both eyes. The only chance to correct the child's vision is surgical intervention, that is, the replacement of the lens in two glasses.

Olya really wants to go to school, gain new knowledge, make friends, go out. But at the moment, her vision significantly limits her in this.
