In January 2025, the project “Support Masha: Let's Help Her Hear” was posted on the dobro.ua website, the purpose of which was to raise funds to pay for hearing aids for Vagina Maria (diagnosis - chronic bilateral sensorineural hearing loss of the 3rd degree).
In February, the fundraising was completed, and on February 28, the hearing aids were handed over.
Masha is 12 years old. When the girl was only two, doctors diagnosed her with chronic bilateral sensorineural hearing loss of the 3rd degree.
Masha is currently under the care of Olena Levkovych, as the girl's biological mother was deprived of her parental rights. Previously, it was possible to purchase hearing aids for Masha with the support of benefactors, but they already needed replacement, and the family did not have the funds to purchase new ones.
Masha is currently studying in the 7th grade of a special school in the city of Bila Tserkva. Hearing aids are extremely important for a child’s learning, cognition, development, and social life. Masha has many interests and hobbies, and hearing aids will help her achieve greater success and build her future.
