The goal of the project was to raise funds for Oleksandra Sytnikova, a patient of Okhmatdyt Hospital. Oleksandra was born with Apert syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that causes defects in the development of the skull. Also, the syndrome causes an increase in intracranial pressure, which can manifest itself in the form of a headache, vomiting with nausea, and the worst - breathing problems. These symptoms can be alleviated. For this, the child had to undergo an operation to install special plates in the bones of the skull. The surgeons of "Okhmatdyt" successfully performed the operation.
