Give Pavlo a chance to be healthy

From the very beginning of Pavlo's life, the boy is fighting against severe disease - cerebral palsy. As a result of a difficult birth the boy was immediately transferred to the intensive care unit. Instead of pleasant family worries associated with the birth of a baby - two weeks spent in the intensive care unit, month - in the department of pathology of newborns. After returning home, boy's parents started struggle for the child's health: massage, physical exercises, constant visits to rehabilitation centers.

Pavlyk underwent over a dozen of rehabilitation courses during last three years. Despite the efforts of his parents the boy still cannot sit and walk. However, doctors say that there are big chances that Pavlyk will be able to sit, stand and walk independently in the fututure.

Constant rehabilitations in different clinics with the use of different methods gave a positive result: Pavlo can keep his head, muscle tone in his arms and legs decreased, he started to reach for toys, learned how to stand on his hands. From the words of Pavlik mother : "Though by small steps, but still we are moving forward. So we cannot miss any rehabilitation, because it is a chance for a healthy life. The next rehabilitation is planned in the beginning of March in Truskavets, but due to financial difficulties the possibility to undergo this course is under great doubt. Treatment in Truskavets is not a cheap one, and we have to undergo it four times a year. That is why we appeal to all indifferent people. Please, help our child to recover. Each hryvnia transferred by you will give a chance to our son to walk independently”.
