Bakhmatov's TURBO Porsche Panamera for donation to the Armed Forces of Ukraine
UPD: How Bakhmatov's Porsche Panamera Turbo turned into 5000 life-saving opportunities!
The NGO Transformation Office, Maksym Bakhmatov, dobro.ua from the Ukrainian Philanthropic Marketplace and the Ptahy project, founded by volunteer Tata Kepler, from the Vidchui Charitable Foundation, have joined forces to raise charitable funds for the purchase of paramedical equipment and tactical medicine to provide them to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, doctors and nurses who work and save lives in combat areas.
As part of the charity project, the following paramedical equipment and tactical medicine will be purchased for UAH 5,400,000 raised thanks to Maksym Bakhmatov to save 1,000 lives:
1) IT Clamp wound clamp (IT Clamp, USA) – 400 units,
2) Israeli 4" bandages (SafeGuard Medical, Israel) – 1050 units,
3) Israeli 6" bandages (SafeGuard Medical, Israel) – 1000 units,
4) Israeli abdominal bandages 8" (SafeGuard Medical, Israel) – 500 units,
5) Survival blanket from Bundeswehr (Bundeswehr, Germany) – 1000 units,
6) Eye protection (Eye Shield, North American Resque, USA) – 1000 units.
7) Container for pills (China) – 1000 units,
8) HYFIN Ventilated occlusion stickers, double pack (HyFin, USA) – 3000 units,
9) Xstat12 dressing hemostatic device (xStat, USA) – 500 units.
Maksym Bakhmatov, the founder of the NGO Transformation Office, launched a large charity fundraiser in October 2023, on his birthday, to buy tactical medicine for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, doctors and nurses who work and save lives in combat areas, and donated his only car, a Porsche Panamera Turbo (550 hp, 4.8 liters, V8 3.1-3.5 seconds to 100 km/h), as an incentive gift to the Project.
According to the results of the fundraising:
- Maksym Bakhmatov's Transformation Office transferred the raised UAH 5,400,000.00 through the charity platform dobro.ua from the Ukrainian Philanthropic Marketplace to purchase tactical medicine for the Ptahy project, founded by volunteer Tata Kepler,
- and Maksym Bakhmatov handed over a Porsche Panamera Turbo to a randomly selected person from the participants of the fundraising.
The Transformation Office (TO) is an expert non-governmental organization dedicated to improving the lives of Kyiv residents. With the support of patrons and donors, the OT develops systematic and effective projects and shows, on the example of Kyiv, how any city can be managed and budget funds can be spent efficiently.

The Ptahy project, founded by volunteer Tata Kepler (Charitable Foundation "Vidchui") – since 2014, Tata Kepler has been providing medical assistance to the military. During this time, a powerful resource has been created to further support the army and civilians thanks to the contributions of caring people. The main goal of the project is to help where doctors cannot reach, to save our comrades and bring victory closer.
