Kateryna Borisovna is now a pensioner. An optimist by nature, this friendly woman lived a rather difficult life. She was born in 1950, she does not remember her father, because he died in her childhood. Her mother raised three girls. Therefore, Katya, having finished 8 classes, immediately went to work. At that time there was no particular choice and the girl worked in catering establishments. Then there was the sugar factory. Subsequently, Kateryna got married.

She and her husband lived for half a century and raised three children: two daughters and a son. A few years ago, her husband was gone. Health problems have long bothered a woman. At a young age, she had low blood pressure. She went to the doctors, they attributed everything to problems with the spine and nerves, prescribed treatment, it did not give a special effect.

And suddenly, in early March, Kateryna Borisovna had a heart condition. It was evening, the woman decided to wait until the morning to see a doctor. But the pain intensified and she became worse. Before morning, she called an ambulance. She poorly remembers those events, all was as in a dream. “I hear, the doctor says: she has a heart attack,” recalls Kateryna Borisovna. They started to save me. And I started raving". Subsequently, the woman came to her senses, with the help of her neighbors, she was transferred to an ambulance. She came to my senses already in the intensive care unit of the Korets hospital. From there she was sent to Rivne, where she underwent surgery: one valve was replaced with a heart, two more also needed to be changed. At the same time, it was not possible to replace all because of the difficult condition of the patient.

For a little bit, Kateryna Borisovna returns to her usual life. But there are a number of limitations. The woman herself feels that she cannot work hard. “I cooked the food, it seems I’m not tired, but I don’t have the strength and I go to rest. I want to do everything, but i nave no health", says Katerina Borisovna. A woman reads the Bible, loves to knit and embroider. But recently, vision has fallen and needlework had to be postponed. “I don’t see small letters and numbers at all, but I go to my neighbors with receipts from utilities to look,” complains Katerina Borisovna.

A sick heart needs support. A woman is prescribed taking the drug Plavix. The drug is effective, but expensive. His pensioner is not able to buy on his own. Every month, a lot of money goes to purchase accompanying drugs. This woman is forced to ask for help.
