UBB donors are already known the story of Oleksii. Then it was possible to raise funds for medical materials for an ophthalmic surgery. Liosha and his parents are very grateful for your support. In early June, in the capital's Okhmadet, Lesha carried out an operation to replace the lens. The operation was difficult, lasted about 1 hour 20 minutes, the boy had difficulty transferring it. 

Now the redness of the eye is gone, Oleksii sees well by this eyel. He is very pleased with the result of the operation, rejoices, and carefully follows the doctor's recommendations: beware and drip the operated eye. But the boy does not see with his second eye at all. "Everything is in a fog", Oleksii describes the condition to his mother. Now, the operated eye took over the entire load. As a child, Oleksii loved to watch the starry sky in the evenings. But then the boy began to lose his sight and could not see anything. Now in the evenings, he can again admire the stars!

Oleksii is an interesting boy, very sociable, always surrounded by children. Friends, relatives, teachers - are very worried, constantly call, and are interested in his affairs, well-being and are very happy for Liosha. Oleksii is the youngest in the family. Together with his parents, the boy lives in the village, is not afraid of physical work, and is happy to help his mother with the housework. "Liosha is a helper, he knows how to do everything", says twith warm the mother, Zhanna Igorivna. She tries to make her son comprehensively developed. Oleksii is a very good-natured boy and tries not to pay attention to the rudeness and insulting nicknames from the children. Classmates are sympathetic to the problem of Alexei and stand up for him. Often he forgot glasses at his desk, the guys always found and returned to him. But the boy still did not have time to go on his favorite fishing, he plans to go with his friend in August.

Expires last month of summer vacation. Soon the first of September and Oleksii will continue to study at school.
