On 05/13/2025, in accordance with the expense invoice No. 9 dated 05/13/2025 and the act of acceptance of the transfer of charitable assistance dated 05/13/2025, Ivanets Yaroslav Vyacheslavovich was transferred a neurostimulation set (spinal cord stimulation set - rechargeable):
-Wave Writer AlphaTM implantable pulse generator set;
-ArtisanTM 50 cm (cm) 2x8 surgical electrode set;
-PrecisionTM charging system set;
-FreelinkTM remote control in the set.
