Return to normal life

      In July 2024, Alina suffered from severe bronchitis, after which she felt weak, lost weight, developed digestive problems and had a high temperature. A few months later, doctors diagnosed her with nonspecific ulcerative colitis.
      In accordance with cooperation agreement No. 21 between the Ukrainian Charity Exchange Charitable Foundation and the charity aid operator  POMAGAEM Charitable Foundation dated 31 August 2020 and  additional agreement No. 21.305 dated 24 March 2025, the project ‘Return to Normal Life’ was posted on the website  of the charitable organisation Ukrainian Charity Exchange - dobro.ua - with the aim of raising donations to pay for Alina Yevtushenko's treatment.
      Subsequently, it became necessary to use part of the funds collected on the dobro.ua website to purchase medicines for the woman. Therefore, according to letter No. 221 dated 4 June 2025, we received the collected amount of UAH 6,450.00 (six thousand four hundred and fifty hryvnias, 00 kopecks) to the Fund's account and continued fundraising on the dobro.ua platform.
      The funds received in the amount of 6,181.07 UAH (six thousand one hundred and eighty-one hryvnias, 07 kopecks) were spent in June of this year on the purchase of another course of treatment for the woman. 
      Thanks to your support, we were able to provide Alina with medication for a certain period. The young woman continues her treatment, which is regularly adjusted and monitored by a gastroenterologist from the Institute of Gastroenterology in Dnipro. A routine examination is scheduled for the end of August.
      Alina is a caring mother who devotes all her free time to raising her four-year-old son. When her husband is not at work, they try to spend more time outdoors and dream of a happy future under a peaceful sky. 
      We plan to use the remaining unused funds in the amount of 268.93 UAH (two hundred and sixty-eight hryvnias, 93 kopecks) for Alina's needs in 2025, as the project is still raising funds.
