When to find time to take care of nature and the environment, when you are raising 10 children? 10 boys and girls, aged 5 to 19, different in character, preferences, habits, inclinations and abilities! And time must be found! After all, you care about the environment, and the child watches everything! Observes how flowers, trees and various other plants are planted. As a sprout emerges from a seed, then a stalk, a flower, a seed. Seeds are like a child: what you sow, you will reap. You will take care of it, you will grow a strong oak, and no, yes, weeds without a family and a tribe. When a child receives an education, then a profession, it is too late to do so.

On the territory of the Otradne Children's Town there are 5 buildings, which are designed to accommodate family-type orphanages for families who have adopted children left without parental care. Today there are 30 children of different ages living in the children's town. We know how positively the process of working in the garden affects children and adults. When children take part in sowing seeds, they take care of them during the growth process and harvest. They see the results of their own work. We very much hope that thanks to the marathon we will be able to raise funds and give new life to plants and trees in Otradne.
