Sashko's childhood without limitations. 3

This is Sashko. While still in his mother's womb, doctors discovered that he had enlarged ventricles in his brain and a cleft lip. The baby was born on time, but after examination, doctors made another diagnosis – hydrocephalus of the brain. Fortunately, surgery was not necessary, but at the age of six months, the baby began to show signs of developmental delay.

Sashko is now 4 years old and has spastic tetraparesis, a congenital brain defect, delayed psychomotor development, and pseudobulbar syndrome. The boy cannot walk on his own, can only stand with orthoses near a support and hold on with his hands, and cannot speak. Despite all this, the boy is bravely fighting for his health. Thanks to the support of his family and the work of doctors, he has already overcome many challenges: he underwent surgery on his lip, completed a course of treatment prescribed by a neurologist, and attended a rehabilitation center.

The results of this work are very inspiring: Sasha has become more attentive and focused on tasks. He also tries to eat with a fork and spoon on his own, stands more confidently with support, and tries to take his first steps while holding someone's hand. For his family, these are real little miracles that give them faith in big changes.

But in order not to stop there, the boy needs to continue his rehabilitation, so we are starting to raise funds for a new rehabilitation course for Sasha.
