Little Sasha spent half of his life fighting for it. He had been fighting to live and not to know pain and suffering. The tumor affected several organs, as well as bones. At the Cancer Institute, the boy had a complicated surgery. And now he needs to know: what’s next? The treatment will continue but according to which protocol? For the doctors to be able to make a decision, the MIBG scan is required. That’s the only informative examination in case of neuroblastoma. The Italian Clinic in Bergamo is ready to accept the child on April 17th; the price is 522 euros. But the young family who has been on treatment with their son for almost a year does not have this amount.

Sasha fell ill last June. The tumor was detected during a regular checkup. Immediately a thorough examination was carried out and a diagnosis was made. The National Cancer Institute hospitalized the child and prescribed a protocol treatment. Eight cycles of chemotherapy, autotransplantation of stem cells, surgery to remove the tumor are behind. There are still therapies ahead but now it’s time for MIBG scan which, unfortunately, is not performed in Ukraine. The family asks to help their little boy get an answer to the question: "What's next?".
