Thanks to your generous support, UAH 36,300 (thirty-six thousand three hundred) was raised to provide Demyd with a comprehensive rehabilitation course at the International Center of Rehabilitation and Neurophysiology (Sole Proprietor K. Levytska) from July 3 to July 18, 2026. The program included:

• Neurologist consultation

• Physical therapy (exercise therapy)

• Therapeutic massage

• Sessions with a special education therapist

• Acupuncture therapy

• Speech therapy

Demyd has Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) Type 1, a severe genetic neuromuscular disease that requires ongoing, specialized rehabilitation.

Thanks to this rehabilitation course, Demyd completed a personalized program of therapeutic exercises and treatments that are gradually bringing positive results. Every rehabilitation session helps him maintain and strengthen his physical abilities, improve muscle function, and preserve the skills he has worked so hard to achieve.
