The purpose of the project was to raise funds for medicines and expenses for Alina Kovalevskaya's operation. The girl is being treated at the children's ward of the National Cancer Institute. Alina has osteosarcoma - bone cancer. In modern medicine, doctors try to save the affected limbs from amputation. For the first time in Ukraine, the National Cancer Institute has started to install a donor bone instead of a "sick" one. This is exactly what Alina was asked to install. Thanks to the funds raised, the bill was paid on time. The goods were received by the beneficiary on May 20, 2021. The operation was conducted on May 26, 2021.
