Bilal is the only child in Ukraine with Emanuel syndrome, which is manifested by hearing impairment, lack of speech, muscle weakness, developmental delays, and heart disease. At the age of 1.5, the boy suffered a coma due to nutritional deficiencies and anaemia. The gastroenterologist prescribed Resource Junior formula, as Bilal's body absorbs only this formula. 
In accordance with the agreement No. 21 on cooperation between the ICF ‘Ukrainian Philanthropic Marketplace’ and the Charity Operator ‘POMAGAYEM’ dated 31.08.2020 and the additional agreement No. 21.278 dated 29.08.2024, the project ‘Unique but not conquered by disease.2’ was posted on the website of the ICF ‘UBB’ - dobro.ua - to attract donations for the purchase of special food for Mohammad Bilal. 
During the fundraising, it became necessary to use part of the funds raised on the website of the Ukrainian Philanthropic Marketplace - dobro.ua - to purchase special food for the boy. Therefore, according to the letter №499 dated 04.09.2024, we received the collected UAH 10 615.00 (ten thousand six hundred and fifteen hryvnias and 00 kopecks) to the account of the Foundation and continued to collect on the dobro.ua platform. Another UAH 68,400.00 (sixty-eight thousand four hundred hryvnias and 00 kopecks) was credited to the Fund's account on 13.11.2024, according to letter No. 685 dated 12.11.2024.
In September 2024, we purchased and transferred special food for Bilal in the amount of UAH 9,840.00 (nine thousand eight hundred and forty hryvnias and 00 kopecks), in October - in the amount of UAH 775.00 (seven hundred and seventy-five hryvnias and 00 kopecks), in November - in the amount of UAH 9,285.00 (nine thousand two hundred and eighty-five hryvnias and 00 kopecks), and in December - in the amount of UAH 8,925.00 (eight thousand nine hundred and twenty-five hryvnias and 00 kopecks).
In the first quarter of this year, the family of Mohammad Bilal also asked us to support them in providing special nutrition for Resource Junior. Thus, in January, we supported the boy in the amount of UAH 9,238.50 (nine thousand two hundred and thirty-eight hryvnias and 50 kopecks), in February - in the amount of UAH 9,306.00 (nine thousand three hundred and six hryvnias and 00 kopecks), in March - in the amount of UAH 9,162.00 (nine thousand one hundred and sixty-two hryvnias and 00 kopecks).
The gastroenterologist prescribed Resource Junior special food for the boy. Maryam feeds her son from a bottle 6 times a day, consuming one jar of formula per day. Bilal eats every three hours, he needs to be comfortably laid down and fed from a bottle, and then his stomach should be relaxed with massage movements. The course of antibiotics had a negative impact on his already weak digestive system. Bilal can cry all day long because of stomach pain. Because of this, even the necessary rehabilitation has to be postponed. 
Every day Bilal and his mother go for a walk to the park, where there is a playground. He also loves to swim in the bath and looks forward to summer. In summer, Maryam takes Bilal to the swimming pool. In the water, the boy confidently stands on his feet and it is easier to hold him. 
Among the positive changes in the boy's condition, it is worth noting that he has learnt to hug, even helps his mother when she picks him up - he tries to stand on his own two feet, and his eye contact has also increased. 
We plan to use the remaining unused funds in the amount of UAH 22,483.50 (twenty-two thousand four hundred and eighty-three hryvnias and 50 kopecks) to meet Bilal's needs in 2025, and the project is still raising funds.
