      Bilal is the only child in Ukraine with Emanuel syndrome, which manifests itself in hearing impairment, speech impairment, muscle weakness, developmental delay, and heart defect. At 1.5 years old, the boy fell into a coma due to a lack of nutrients and anemia. A gastroenterologist prescribed Resource Junior formula, as it is the only one that Bilal's body can absorb. 
      In accordance with cooperation agreement No. 21 between the Ukrainian Charity Exchange and the charity aid operator POMAGAEM Charitable Foundation dated August 31, 2020, and supplementary agreement No. 21. 278 dated August 29, 2024, the project “Unique, but not defeated by illness.2” was posted on the website of the ICF “UBB” - dobro.ua - with the aim of attracting donations for the purchase of special food for Mogammad Bilal. 
      During the fundraising campaign, it became necessary to use part of the funds collected on the website of the Ukrainian Charity Exchange International Charitable Foundation (UCCF) – dobro.ua – to purchase special food for the boy. Therefore, according to letter No. 499 dated 04.09.2024, we received the collected amount of UAH 10,615.00 (ten thousand six hundred and fifteen hryvnias, 00 kopecks) to the Fund's account and continued the collection on the dobro.ua platform. Another 68,400.00 UAH (sixty-eight thousand four hundred hryvnias, 00 kopecks) was credited to the Fund's account on 13.11.2024, according to letter No. 685 dated 12.11.2024.
      During 2024, we purchased and delivered Resource Junior formula for Bilal for a total amount of 28,825.00 UAH (twenty-eight thousand eight hundred twenty-five hryvnias, 00 kopecks).
      This year, the boy's family also repeatedly turned to us for help in purchasing special food. In the winter of 2025, we supported the boy with 18,544.50 UAH (eighteen thousand five hundred forty-four hryvnia, 50 kopecks), in the spring – with 24,749.40 UAH (twenty-four thousand seven hundred forty-nine hryvnia, 40 kopecks), in the summer – in the amount of UAH 25,220.10 (twenty-five thousand two hundred twenty hryvnias, 10 kopecks), in the fall – in the amount of 26,861.00 hryvnia (twenty-six thousand eight hundred sixty-one hryvnia, 00 kopecks), and we also paid for project administration.
      Autumn began quite difficult for the boy due to a serious exacerbation of his intestinal condition, and although the situation is not getting worse, there is no significant improvement either. The boy is currently in the hospital on IV drips. There are many children with COVID there, and the doctor is worried that Bilal will become infected. Procedures are performed in the hospital if there is a free ward, and if not, his mother puts the IV drips at home. On the fourth day, problems with his veins arose — it is impossible to insert a catheter or take blood tests. 
      Autumn and winter are always very difficult times for the family: pain, colic, constant intestinal irritation. Cold weather also has an impact — they have to go outside less, so the boy focuses more on his discomfort. His mother carries him in her arms all evening, and that way he cries less.
      Currently, all funds transferred from the Ukrainian Charity Exchange have been spent on the child's needs.
