I believe that I will be able to walk! 2
Tina was born on the 26th week of pregnancy and weighed only 1,1 kg. The girl was so tiny that her father could hold her in his palms. After her birth, the baby spent 2,5 months in the pathology department of Odessa region children’s clinical hospital. During a long period of time Tina was able to eat only with the help of an enteral feeding tube, and finally, she started to gain weight. Her parents were happy and thought that everything bad was left in the past. Tina grew and developed very fast at home. She held her head, she got on her hands, she was active.
But one day the life of the family turned upside down. When Tina was 5 months old she had Pentaxim vaccination. After that the girl didn’t hold her head, muscles of legs became tensed, her state got worth every new day. Her parents visited many hospitals, took the girl for medical advice and diagnostics. At first, specialists made a diagnosis “CNS disorder” and some months later “Cerebral palsy, spastic tetraparesis”. Parents were very upset at the distressing news, but they pulled themselves together and started their struggle for the girl’s health. For 6 years of her life, Tina underwent numerous treatment courses in different convalescent centers. And family financial resources got exhausted. Money for the last treatment course in the Innovo clinic was collected only thanks to the donors of Ukrainian Philanthropic Marketplace (previous project here).
But a desirable result hasn’t been achieved yet. Pathological processes in CNS caused disorder of muscle fibers nourishing and led to the formation of the scar tissue in muscles. It is scary that as a child grows up, increasingly hinder her movements in all extremities. For medical treatment of the patients with such pathology of the musculoskeletal system, a technique developed by professor V.B. Ulzibat is used and this technique helps to get rid of muscle tightness and pain.
The principle of the method consists in scar tissues in muscles with the help of the specially made scalpel through puncture areas. Many children have already received positive results thanks to such surgery. Tinaʼs parents believe that their little daughter will also finally be able to walk. Her parents received an account for conduction of the surgery for the sum of 17 750 UAH. Family cordially ask all not indifferent people to help their dearest wish to put their daughter on her feet to come true!
