Save the heart of Dmytro Witt
This project was created and supported by Vodafone Ukraine's charity program "A Good Deed as a Gift".
6-year-old Dmytro needs your help, he has a congenital heart defect – an open arterial duct. This defect prevents the boy's heart from beating normally and causes complications throughout the body. Without your help, Dmytro's heart and life are in danger. Now he urgently needs to undergo surgery to install a heart implant. The Amosov Institute doctors will perform the surgery free of charge, but you need to buy the heart implant itself. We ask you to save Dmytro's life!
Vitt Dmytro Yevhenovych, born on 09.11.2017 from Kharkiv. He is the long-awaited second child in the family, and after his birth he had no abnormalities or diseases. He grew up like all children of his age, was interested in life, had friends. But lately, his parents began to notice that Dmytro was getting tired quickly and sleeping poorly. They thought it was because of the war and the stress it causes every day. At the same time, the boy began to suffer from bronchitis and pneumonia.
Since the war started, the family was forced to leave their home and move from Kharkiv to Vinnytsia. After the last illness, the family doctor sent the child for a heart ultrasound, where doctors saw a heart defect. The diagnosis was like a verdict - an open arterial duct, and surgery was necessary. The parents are unable to buy a heart implant, because they are left without the opportunity to live fully, pay for an apartment, and pay for all the necessary medicines.
That is why we have to come to the rescue! It is very easy to save a child's heart. And we are grateful to our benefactors for constantly saving children's lives.
