Today, when in our country, like in most countries of the world, the real trouble has come, we cannot leave for the benefit of those who are exactly the most defenseless, most vulnerable now - the elderly, the sick, the lonely people. We have about 30 such wards in our fund, and for a long time these people have been receiving our care, tutelage and assistance, including food at our Charity Dining Room, where they came every day.

For the elderly who could not come on their own because of infirmities and illnesses, our employees and volunteers visited the home, bringing delicious lunches and food kits. Today, all our elderly carers are forced to stay at home because they are at risk because most of them are over 70 and each has chronic and often incurable illnesses, so any step beyond the threshold of their own homes can be fatal for them.

These poor people are now in despair: almost all of them have no family or loved ones who can take care of them, buy, bring produce, and they may just die starving to death. Sometimes, to the best of their ability, they bring in food from neighbors, other kind people, often elderly and weak, but this help is sporadic, because everyone is now in a hurry and one can never be sure whether someone will visit the lonely elderly tomorrow… The volunteers of the fund, of course, do not leave their wards alone, in distress, visit them daily, but now our resources are running out, the money for purchasing products for the elderly is running out and we have to reach out to all indifferent people asking for help.

We need to purchase the most necessary food for the formation of 30 food kits in order to deliver them directly to the homes of our lonely and sick old women, so that we need to collect 20 000UAH as soon as possible. This will help hold our wards for some time. And it will give us time to raise funds for the next purchase of products and medicines for our elderly and ill wards.

Dear benefactors! Today, as never before, in every country, people come together to help the weakest of their citizens, those who, without our help, simply will not survive. Let's save someone's life! The time has come! It is quite easy to do this - each of us can simply transfer a few hryvnias to which our heart prompts, and save from the death of our infirm, lonely elderly grandparents… Besides us they have no one…
