Zlata – a 9-year-old girl with remarkable willpower and a dream of recovery. At just 3.5 months old, she began experiencing seizures – hundreds of episodes each day. Diagnoses: symptomatic epilepsy, atypical Rett syndrome, and severe developmental delay. She lost her acquired skills, stopped responding to the world around her, and her development came to a halt.
But Zlata doesn't give up. Thanks to your support, a breakthrough has already occurred!
For the first time in her life, Zlata has started to maintain balance and move with assistance. It's incredible! This is proof that Zlata can – and is – moving forward. That's why we're launching a second fundraising campaign – to keep going. Because right now, it's being decided whether Zlata will take another step forward.
Thanks to rehabilitation at the "Rostok Zhyttia" center, Zlata is undergoing comprehensive sessions: massage, kinesiotherapy, hippotherapy, speech therapy, and sensory integration. These aren't just exercises – they're Zlata's chance at a full life. Continuous rehabilitation is critically important. Zlata's progress is daily, and it must not be stopped.
We ask for your support for the second course of rehabilitation, which will bring Zlata closer to her dream – becoming independent. Every contribution is a chance to preserve and build upon what she has already achieved.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to the first campaign. Now it's time to take another step – together with Zlata.
