Oleksii is a person of great strength of spirit. He does not stop despite all the obstacles fate has placed before him and devotes every day to helping others. But today he himself needs help.
Oleksii is 42 years old, and most of his life has passed under constant monitoring, restrictions, and a battle with diabetes. The disease has left deep marks on his life. Due to complications, he lost both legs. But even this did not stop him – he continues to live actively, play sport, and help others, including people recovering from injuries and prosthetics, supporting them on their path to recovery.
Over the years and with a long history of diabetes, his body no longer feels critically low blood sugar levels, which means relying on his own sensations is a direct threat to his life. Checking blood sugar with a glucometer constantly is physically impossible, especially at night or during physical activity. This creates constant anxiety about his own life and health. During training in particular, blood sugar can drop to critical levels.
Thanks to sensors, Oleksii will be able to see his blood sugar level in real time on his phone screen and prevent critically low blood sugar, as the sensor sends alerts to his phone. Please help him with continuous monitoring!
